- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, including all tags and packaging.
- The item should be unwashed, and free from any damages or alterations.
- Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- Proof of Purchase:
- A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, receipt, or invoice, is required to initiate a return or exchange.
- Please note that we do not refund the shipping or COD charges incurred by you.
- Return Process:
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team via email or Whatsapp. They will guide you through the process.
- Exchange Options:
- We offer the option to exchange your purchase for a product subject to availability.
- If the desired item is out of stock, we will provide you with an alternative.
- Refund Options:
- If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, we will process it once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be paid via bank transfer/mobile banking.
